Declaration of priorities:
Priority | Description |
---|---|
1 – Critical | Complete platform outage or failure of multiple core functionalities. Both the web app and desktop client are affected. |
2 – High | One or more essential core functions are only partially available. The issue affects either the web app or the desktop client, but not both entirely. |
3 – Medium | Limited functionality or incorrect output of individual features. Both the web app and desktop client may be affected, but core operations remain functional. |
4 – Low | Cosmetic issues or minor inconsistencies with no impact on functionality. |
