Scramble Cloud supports installation as a Progressive Web App (PWA), allowing you to access the platform like a native application directly from your device. This provides faster access, an optimized interface, and potential offline capabilities depending on your browser and operating system.

Requirements

Installation Instructions

On Desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux)

  1. Open Scramble Cloud
    Navigate to https://scramble.cloud in your browser.


  2. Install the App:

    • Google Chrome: Click the install icon (usually a "+" in the address bar) or go to the browser menu (three dots) > "Install Scramble Cloud."


    • Microsoft Edge: Click the install icon in the address bar or go to menu > "Apps" > "Install this site as an app."


    • Safari (macOS): Use the "File" > "Add to Dock" option.


  3. Confirm Installation
    Follow the prompts to complete the installation process.

On Mobile Devices (Android, iOS)

  1. Open Scramble Cloud
    Visit https://scramble.cloud in your mobile browser.


  2. Add to Home Screen:

    • Android (Chrome): Tap the menu icon (three dots) > "Add to Home screen."


    • iOS (Safari): Tap the Share icon (square with upward arrow) > "Add to Home Screen."


  3. Confirm Installation
    Follow the instructions to add the app icon to your device’s home screen.

Using Scramble Cloud as a PWA

Once installed:

  • On desktop, launch the app from the Start menu, Applications folder, or Desktop shortcut


  • On mobile, tap the app icon directly from your home screen

The Progressive Web App version of Scramble Cloud offers the same secure, encrypted functionality in a more streamlined, native-like experience.
